XcelWatches offers the following Returns Policy:

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY* - NO RESTOCKING FEE: 

Merchandise purchased through XcelWatches.com can be returned in 30 days from the date of purhcase for a full refund or exchange.

Xcelwatches.com does not charge any restocking fee associated with returns. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.

*All goods must be received in original condition with original packaging, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Xcelwatches.com will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn. Please contact Xcelwatches.com at sales@xcelwatches.com to obtain your RMA number prior to returning item. When you return the item, please make sure to get tracking information.

Wrong Item Shipped:

If yout item received is not what was ordered, please contact XcelWatches.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified by XcelWatches after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.
