90 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY
NO RESTOCKING FEE
If you are unsatisfied with your order / Gift for any reason, you can return it to us within 90 days of receiving the package for a full refund. Watch must be in its original box, unworn, not been used or sized**.
Please check for any manufacturer defect upon receipt of the watch, you must notify us within 5 business days, after that defective items are no longer be eligible for return and you must contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.
Xcelwatches does not charge any restocking fee.
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
All returns require a VALID RMA Number, which can be obtained easily by simply emailing us at sales@xcelwatches.com with your order number.
Its very unlikely that you may receive wrong watch and or defective watch, in this case xcelwatches will also send you prepaid return shipping lable to ship it back at no cost to you for full refund and or exchange.
** NOTE: we do reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return criteria mentioned above
