XcelWatches offers the following Policies:

Shipping Information:

We Ship orders Monday Through Friday via First Class Mail which takes about 3 to 5 days for Delivery within United States.

Processing time for orders via Free shipping is 1 to 2 business days, Express Mail Orders processed and shipped within 1 business days.

All International orders shipped via USPS, normal tranit time is about 15 business days.

For Holidays, please order by December 15th 2009 for Standard Free Shipping and December 20th 2009 for Express shipping.

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY* - NO RESTOCKING FEE: 

Merchandise purchased through XcelWatches.com can be returned in 30 days from the date of purhcase for a full refund or exchange Less Shipping (if shipping was free than a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund).

Xcelwatches.com does not charge any restocking fee associated with returns. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.

*All goods must be received in original condition with original packaging, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Xcelwatches.com will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn. Please contact Xcelwatches.com at sales@xcelwatches.com to obtain your RMA number prior to returning item. When you return the item, please make sure to get tracking information.

Wrong Item Shipped:

If yout item received is not what was ordered, please contact XcelWatches.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified by XcelWatches after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

There are certain conditions under which we reserve the right to cancel an order. You will be notified via e-mail if your order has been cancelled and we will offer alternative options, if those options are possible.

Conditions when your order may be cancelled:

• If there are export control issues, i.e. the item you are ordering cannot be shipped to your country due to US Government Regularations or our own Export Control Policies.
• We have requested additional information from you that was needed to process the order which was not provided
• Item has been discontinued and is no longer available
• In rare cases when an item is not available through the manufacturer or our network of distributors
• A pricing mistake occurred on our website / Market Place Channels and we are unable to honor the erroneous price
• You paid with Paypal and  your address is not verified for International Ordering
• You paid with Paypal and don’t have a Paypal Confirmed Address for US Domestic Shipping
